Returns
To apply for a return, please send us an email rebecca_hendrix@att.net.
Items Returnable
- An item is only eligible for a return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Items in original condition
- Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or an online credit.
- Please note that the return process must be completed within 7 days after approval or the return is no longer valid.
Items NON-Returnable
- Free Gifts or promotional items
- Clearance items
- Holiday Items
- Customized items
UNLESS A MISTAKE ON OUR END IS MADE.
After we received and inspect return we will notify you via email we have received your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then you refund will be processed please allow 10 business days.
