Shipping Time

• Our current processing time is 7 business days.  Once shipped standard shipping take 2-8 business days to deliver. 
• Due to COVID-19 shipping has been delayed in general. 
• Please allow items that are personalized and/or embroidered an additional 2-3 business days to ship.

Order Status 

• Once order has shipped you can track it with a tracking number.
• if you have any questons or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. 
• All products purchased from site are transported and delivered to you by an independ carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, R&R Classy Stitches.  
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If you are having trouble tracking your packaage with the tracking number we provide please contact us via email. 

Local Pickup

If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Panama, OK we offer free local pick up!  Just choose "Local Pickup" option when checking out.

We are located at 308 Illinois Ave. Panama, OK 74951.  You will be notifed when orders are ready to be picked up. 

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 60 days of receiving your pickup email, if not, items in your order will be restocked and you will not receive a refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address/return to sender customer will be responsible for any RTS fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
